Ingredients: 1 x Yellow cake mix (save out 1 C.); 1 x Egg; 1/2 c. Margarine -- melted; 16 ounce Pumpkin; 1/4 c. Brown sugar; 2 x Large eggs; 2/3 c. Evaporated lowfat milk; 2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice; 1 c. Saved cake mix; 1 tsp Cinnamon; 1/4 c. Margarine cut in (like pie Crust); Cold Whip

Ingredientes

1 x Yellow cake mix (save out 1 C.)
1 x Egg
1/2 c. Margarine -- melted
16 ounce Pumpkin
1/4 c. Brown sugar
2 x Large eggs
2/3 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
1 c. Saved cake mix
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 c. Margarine cut in (like pie Crust)
Â Â Cold Whip

Direcciones

Mix first 3 ingredients and spread in 9x13 inch greased pan. Mix next 5 ingredients and pour over cake mix. Mix together the 1 c. of cake mix, 1 tsp. cinnamon, and 1/4 c. margarine (cut in like making pie crust).
Sprinkle on top and bake at 315 F for 1 hour and 15 min. Keep in refrigerator; top with Cold Whip.
