Ingredientes
- 3 (1 ounce) sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 14 ounce can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, whipped
Direcciones
- In a saucepan over medium heat, heat chocolate in the sweetened condensed lowfat milk and salt. Cook and stir till mix thickens and boils. Remove from heat; add in vanilla. Cool 15 min. Refrigerate 20-30 min; stir. Mix in whipped cream. Pour into pie shell. Refrigerate 3 hrs. Garnish as desired. Yield: 1 (9 inch) pie.
