- 1Â 2/3 c. Flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cloves
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1 c. Mashed pumpkin
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Nuts, optional
Direcciones
- Sift dry ingredients together. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour batter into buttered and floured loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350.
