Receta Quick And Easy Salisbury Steak

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Lean grnd beef
- 1 can Condensed crm of mushroom soup, divided
- 1/2 c. Dry breadcrumbs
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. Finely minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 1Â 1/2 c. Sliced mushrooms, (I have used canned in a healthy pinch)
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk

- Here is the salisbury recipe I us. My husband refuses any other! Got it grocery store check-out several years ago. Tasty.
- In bowl combine beef, 1/4 c. mushroom soup, bread crumbs, egg and onion.
- Shape into 6 patties. Brown patties in oil in warm skillet. Pour remaining soup over patties; add in mushrooms and lowfat milk; simmer 25 minutes.
- Serves 4
