- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. minced apples
- 1 (9 inch) pie pan, buttered
Direcciones
- Mix flour, cinnamon and nutmeg with sugar. Add in butter, egg and vanilla. Stir in minced apples. Mix well and press mix into pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.Yield 6 servings.
