Receta Quick Batter Yeast Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 cakes yeast
- 3/4 c. hot water
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 4 T sugar
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 4 T butter
- 6 1/2 c. flour
Direcciones
- Put 2 pkgs of yeast n bowl with 3 cups flour, 4 tbsp sugar and 2 tsp salt.Heat in pan 3/4 cup warm water, 2 cups buttermilk and 4 tbsp butter till good and warm. Add in to dry mix and beat with electric mixer 4 or possibly 5 min. Add in remaining 3 1/2 cups, stirring one cup at a time with big spoon.
- Cover bowl - let rise till doubled. (Let rise 30-40 min.) Stir dough down and beat for 1 minute. Divide into 2 buttered 8x4 inch loaf pans. Let rise again till it reaches the top. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 min.
