Receta Quick Spicy Smoky Corn Chicken Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 T butter
- 1 T flour
- 1/2 c. half and half or possibly lowfat milk
- 1 can chicken broth/stock
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 2 lg. ears of fresh corn (Kernels removed)
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 T chopped cilantro or possibly parsley
- 1 sm. can of white chicken meat
Direcciones
- In medium saucepan, heat butter and saute' onions, stir in flour. Gradually pour in half and half stirring constantly to make a thick sauce.Stir in broth, red pepper flakes, liquid smoke and corn kernels. Simmer 10 min or possibly till corn is cooked, add in chicken meat. Garnish with parsley.
