  • 2 pound pork, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 lg. can chunk pineapple
  • 1 lg. onion, cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 2 lg. bell pepper, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 lg. can button mushrooms
  • 2 cans Contadina sweet and sour sauce

Direcciones

  1. Brown pork in an electric frying pan. Make sure pork is cooked well. Add in onion and bell pepper and continue browning till onion and bell pepper are cooked tender crisp. Add in pineapple, with juice, and mushrooms, liquid removed. Continue to simmer about 10 min. Add in sweet and sour sauce and heat 10 min more. Serve with rice. Serves 6.
