  1. Place flour in large bowl, making a well in flour, add in baking pwdr, soda, salt and sugar.
  2. Add in oil working careful not to make lumps. Then add in lowfat milk, work in flour till you get a soft dough. Knead in sufficient flour till you get a dough which is not sticky. Healthy pinch off small amount, roll in hand to make a soft ball. Place in a greased pan. Press till all balls are flat.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees till done.
