Receta Radish Salad With Alfalfa Sprout And Oranges

Ingredientes
- 3 x oranges more or possibly less
- 12 x radishes
- 3 ounce alfalfa sprouts (3-4)
- 1 Tbsp. Orange marmalade (or possibly more) mixed with
- 1/4 tsp Fig balsamic vinegar
- Â Â honey or possibly sugar
- Â Â young spinach or possibly arugula
Direcciones
- Cut the peel off the oranges, sliced into rounds or possibly half-rounds. Slice radishes. Break up the clump of sprouts into smaller pcs and toss with the oranges and radishes. Let stand for 15 min. Drain some of the juice and add in the marmalade and vinegar. Toss. Sweeten to taste. Toss with greens if using.

- NOTES : Fresh salad - no salt, pepper or possibly oil - which inspires many variations. Try sliced beets and persimmons; chives or possibly green onions and carrots. Sweeten with crumbed macaroon.
