Ingredientes
- 8 c. cooked rice
- 1 can evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. golden brown raisins
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon grnd cardamom
- 2 tbsp. butter
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients to make a thick pudding. Pour into well-buttered 9x13 inch pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees till a knife comes out clean when inserted.
