Receta Rainbow Trout Teriyaki

Ingredientes
- 4 x Trout filets (4-ounce each)
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame seeds, toasted
- 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 3 tsp Lemon juice
- 2Â 1/2 tsp Brown sugar
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Ginger, fresh, finely minced
- 1 tsp Lemon peel, grated
- 1 x Garlic clove, finely minced
Direcciones
- Combine marinade ingredients and pour over trout. Cover and chill about 30 min. Remove trout from marinade. Broil 4 inches from heat source for about 3 to 5 min or possibly till fish flakes with a fork. Remove from oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
- * Or possibly use 1/3 c. bottled teriyaki sauce for marinade.
