Receta Rainbow Trout With Roasted Garlic Mayonnaise

Ingredientes
- 4 x Rainbow Trout Fillets (about 4 ounce. each)
- 1/4 c. Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
- 1 x Bulb Garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Regular or possibly Light Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/8 tsp Cumin
Direcciones
- Marinate trout. Meanwhile,break garlic bulb into cloves, leaving skins intact. Place on cookie sheet in 350 F. degree oven for about 15 min, till tender. Remove skins and mash garlic with fork: blend with mayonnaise ingredients. Chill. Cook trout. Serve immediately with mayonnaise.
