Receta Raisin Bran Loaf Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 c. all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. All Bran cereal
- 1 c. raisins or possibly cranberries
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
- 2 c. buttermilk
Direcciones
- Sift the first 4 ingredients several times to mix thoroughly. Add in the All-Bran, then the raisins and nuts. Stir in the buttermilk. Bake in two 8 x 4 inch waxed lined loaf pans at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Yield: 2 loaves (16 slices each). Approximately 105 calories per serving.
