Ingredientes
- 1 c. butter or possibly margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 x Large eggs -- well beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c. coconut
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 c. quick-cooking oatmeal
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
Direcciones
- Cream butter and sugar. Add in Large eggs and vanilla and mix till smooth. Add in flour that has been sifted with baking soda, baking pwdr and salt.
- Mix thoroughly. Add in oatmeal, rice Krispies, and coconut. Dough is quite crumbly. Mold with hands into small balls the size of a walnut. Place on greased cookie sheet and press slightly with fork and bake in 350! oven for 8-12 min or possibly till slightly golden brown.
