- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 6 tbs unsalted butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam (or flavor of your choice)
- Crumbs:
- 1 cup + 2 tbs flour
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 tbs unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
