Receta Spiced Pumpkin Crumb Cake
My son likes Pumpkin muffins and wanted me to make some and I didn't have everything I needed for that recipe. So I created this cake from what I had on hand.. he loved it and I got a hi-5 and a thumbs up. It starts with a box mix for spice cake so easy....
Ingredientes
- For Cake:
- 1 box Spice Cake Mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup veg oil
- 1- 15oz can pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix)
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- For Crumb topping:
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2-3 tbsp sugar
- 1-stick butter diced
- 2-3 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4tsp salt
- Powdered sugar for dusting (opt)
Direcciones
- Preheat oven 350 spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray
- In a large bowl mix all cake ingredients with a mixer till well blended batter will be thick.
- Spread batter evenly in 9x13.
- In a med bowl add flour, brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon and salt mix together till well blended. Drop in diced butter and cut into flour mixture with pastry blender, knives or a fork. Work it in until crumbly. Spread over cake batter.
- Bake 350 for 28-32mins till toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool and dust with powdered sugar
