- 5 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted, for after baking
- Filling Ingredients:
- 4 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 2 sticks salted butter (or 2 stick unsalted butter and 1/2 teaspoon salt), melted
- 1 (12-ounce) jar raspberry jam
- 1 pint fresh raspberries (plus more for topping)
- Glaze Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/8 teaspoon almond extract (or vanilla if you prefer)
- sliced almonds for garnish (optional)
