- 500 gm Side of fresh undyed smoked haddock
- 3 x Limes, juice of
- 1 x Red chilli, seeded and finely minced
- 2 Tbsp. Shallots, finely minced
- 50 ml Dark rum
- Â Â A peppermill filled with black peppercorns
Direcciones
- Trim haddock and remove the skin. Slice thinly at an angle and lay out on a serving dish and cover with the remaining ingredients and serve.
