- 1 head Boston Lettuce
- 1/2 c. Raw Mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 c. Raw Cauliflower Buds
- 1/2 c. Frzn Green Beans, cooked and liquid removed
- 1/2 c. Water Chestnuts, sliced
- 1/2 c. Radishes, sliced
- 1/2 c. Wine Vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. Veg. oil
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp "Fines Herbes"
- 1 x Clove Garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp Cracked Pepper

- FOR THE SALAD:Mix all ingredients and serve with the dressing given.
