Receta Really Easy Scalloped Potatoes
Ingredientes
- 8 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 medium red or white onion, thinly sliced in rings
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. ground black pepper
- ½ tsp. paprika
- 4 ½ cups milk
Direcciones
- Grease a 3 quart casserole.
- Melt butter in medium saucepan. Mix in flour, salt, and pepper. Stir in milk until it boils and thickens.
- To assemble, layer ½ potatoes, then ½ onions in prepared casserole. Pour ½ sauce over top. Layer second ½ potatoes and onions followed by second ½ sauce.
- Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, covered with foil, in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour until tender. Remove cover for last 10 minutes.
