- 1/2 cup julienned red pepper
- chow mein noodles (optional)
- Dressing:
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. pear infused vinegar or cider vinegar
- splash of balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds
- 1 1 /2 tsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/8 tsp salt
