Receta Red and White Cauliflower Bake
Ingredientes
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped and steamed until crisp tender
- Tofu mixture:
- 1 block firm tofu, pressed and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- White Sauce:
- 1/4 cup earth balance margarine
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup almond milk
- Red Sauce:
- 1-14.5 oz can fire roasted tomatoes, blended
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon vegetable better than boullion (or any vegetable broth powder/concentrate)
