Receta Refried Bean Bake 2

Ingredientes
- 1 can refried beans 16-ounce
- 1 x onion finely minced
- 1 x green bell pepper finely minced
- 4 lrg Large eggs
- 1Â 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded 6-ounce
- 1 tsp chili pwdr
- 1/8 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1 jar salsa 12-ounce
Direcciones
- Mix beans, onion, green pepper, Large eggs, 3/4 c. of the cheese, chili pwdr and garlic pwdr. Blend well. Pour into ungreased 9x9x2-inch pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, in 350 degree oven about 30 minutesor till warm and hard. Heat salsa, stirring occasioinally; serve with beans. Try this dish for breakfast or possibly brunch. Serve with warmed tortillas and fresh orange slices. For brunch or possibly supper, add in some minced green chilies (canned) sliced black olives and maybe some marinated canned red peppers before baking. Serve with avocado slices sprinkled with lime or possibly lemon juice and some jicama slices dipped lightly in paprika.
