  • 1 lrg head broccoli
  • 1 sm red onion halved, and
  •     thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/3 c. minced pecans
  •     (or possibly sunflower seeds)
  • 3/4 c. light salad dressing or possibly mayonaise
  • 2 Tbsp. fat-free lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 12 pkt Equal sweetener
  •     (or possibly 3 1/2 tsp. Equal for Recipes or possibly 1/2 c. Equal Spoonful)
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 4 slc bacon cooked crisp,
  •     and crumbled

Direcciones

  1. Clean, trim and chop broccoli into a large bowl. Add in onion, raisins and pecans.
  2. Mix together salad dressing, lowfat milk, vinegar, and Equal stirring till smooth. Pour dressing over salad; add in salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refirgerate overnight.
  3. Cover with bacon bits before serving.
  4. This recipe yields 8 servings.
