Receta Mackerel And Tomato Loaf

Ingredientes
- 28 gm butter
- 1 x onionfinely minced
- 420 gm can mackerel in tomato sauce
- 196 gm can of tomatoes liquid removed and roughly minced
- 140 gm white breaderumbs
- 1 x salt and pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp mixed herbs dry
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley finely minced
- 125 ml lowfat milk
- 1 x egg lightly beaten

- MethodI Heat butter add in onions and cook till soft 2 Add in mackerel tomatoes breadcrumbs seasoning lemon juice and herbs 3 Mix together well4 Add in lowfat milk and egg to rest of ingredients 5 Place into well greased loaf tin6 Serve either warm or possibly cool as a main course or possibly starter
