  • 3 cups chopped fresh rhubarb
  • for the filling:
  • 2-8 ounce packages reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • for the topping:
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
