- 3 c. 1" pcs fresh Rhubarb
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Halved fresh Strawberries
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- 2 tsp Water
- Â Â Combine rhubarb, sugar, and 1/3 c. water in

- Saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover. Simmer 5 min. Add in strawberries; cook till strawberries are tender, 2-3 min. Blend together cornstarch and 2 Tablespoons water; add in to rhubarb mix. Cook, stirring constantly, till mix thickens and boils. Remove from heat. Refrigeratein refrigerator till serving time.
