Ingredientes
- 3 c. Cooked Rice -- Brown or possibly
- Â Â White
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Chili Pwdr
- 2 c. Corn Kernels
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper -- Grnd
- 1 sm Onion -- Minced Fine
- Â Â Paprika
- 2 c. Sharp Cheddar -- Grated
- 1Â 1/2 c. Whole Lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine all the ingredients except the paprika in a large mixing bowl. Blend thoroughly. Pour into a well greased
- (2 qt) casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 40 to 45 min.
