Ingredientes
- 2 T shortening to grease dish
- 3 lg. large eggs
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) cream corn
- 1 (10 ounce) pkg. frzn corn
- 1 (8 ounce) whole kernel corn, liquid removed
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 c. yellow corn meal
- 1 (8 ounce) carton lowfat sour cream
- 4 ounce Mozzarella cheese
- 4 ounce sharp Cheddar cheese
- 4 ounce can diced green chili peppers
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees and grease long Pyrex dish. Beat large eggs, then add in all ingredients and stir till well blended. Pour into dish and bake on center rack of oven for 1 hour or possibly till hard in center. Let set 10 min before cutting.
