Receta Ripe Olive, Tomato And Cilantro Salsa

Ingredientes
- 6 ounce can pitted ripe olives, liquid removed and minced
- 1 lg. tomato, seeded and minced
- 1/2 c. minced cilantro
- 1 sm. jalapeno chili, seeded and chopped (WEAR RUBBER GLOVES)
- 3 T extra virgin olive oil
- 2 T fresh lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- In bowl, put together all ingredients. Serve the salsa as a dip with corn chips or possibly as accompaniment to grilled meats. 2 cups.
