- 1/2 pt red tear drop tomatoes stemmed, washed,

- 1 tsp chopped jalapeno peppers
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley leaves
- 1 Tbsp. freshly-squeezed lime juice
- 1 tsp freshly-squeezed lemon juice

- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
