  1. 1. Roast the garlic in the oven on 400 for an hr. the remove from casing. Pulse in a food processor.
  2. 2. Saute leeks, garlic, peppers with the 2 TB of olive oil until carmelized. About 20 min. Add the flour. Stir for 2 min. until brown.
  3. 3. Deglaze the pan with the 1/3 cp. chicken broth for a few minutes and then add the rest of the broth. Add rest of the ingredients. Let cook for 30 minutes
  4. Top with whatever toppings you would like.
