Receta Roasted Garlic Chicken Chili
What is better then Roasted Garlic, Chilli, Leeks and Cheese? Yum!
Ingredientes
- 12 garlic cloves (Roasted)
- 3 Leeks, cleaned and sliced thin
- 2 TB Olive Oil
- 1 jalaleno diced
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 TB flour
- 1/3 cp + 7 cps. chicken broth
- 4 cps. diced roasted chicken
- 1 TB chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne
- 2 15 oz. navy beans
- salt and pepper
- 1 box of frozen spinach, drained
- 1/3 cp. whole milk
Direcciones
- 1. Roast the garlic in the oven on 400 for an hr. the remove from casing. Pulse in a food processor.
- 2. Saute leeks, garlic, peppers with the 2 TB of olive oil until carmelized. About 20 min. Add the flour. Stir for 2 min. until brown.
- 3. Deglaze the pan with the 1/3 cp. chicken broth for a few minutes and then add the rest of the broth. Add rest of the ingredients. Let cook for 30 minutes
- Top with whatever toppings you would like.
