- 4 x Portobello mushrooms, stems removed
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- Â Â Salt and freshly grnd pepper, to taste

- 2. Brush the mushrooms with the extra virgin olive oil on both sides and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 3. Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 15-20 min or possibly till cooked through.
