Receta Rotini With Black Beans, Corn And Cilantro

Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb rotini
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 x onion, minced
- 2 clv garlic, minced
- 2 x tomato, minced
- 1 tsp coriander, seeds, crushed
- 1 x 14 ounce tin corn, liquid removed
- 1 x 14 ounce tin black beans, liquid removed, and, rinsed
- 1 handf cilantro, minced
Direcciones
- Put the pasta on to cook. Heat a saucepan over medium-high heat, add in the oil.
- Add in the onion and garlic and cook for 2 min.
- Add in the tomatoes, coriander, corn and black beans and cook for 4-5 min.
- Add in the pasta and toss. Serve with minced cilantro sprinkled over top.
