- 5 Tbsp. Orange juice
- 1 tsp Chopped ginger
- 1 tsp Chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Lite soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Rice vinegar
- 1 pch Cayenne, optional

- This is a great salad dressing recipe I got from some cookbook and modified to be fat free by omitting 1 Tbsp sesame oil. The orange juice prevents the dressing from being overly sour in the absence of oil.
- Whisk together all ingredients with a fork.
