- 4 sm. pita breads
- 1 c. shredded lettuce
- 1/2 c. minced tomatoes
- 1/2 c. scallions, minced
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 1/2 c. bacon bits
- 1/2 c. diced carrots
- 1/2 c. low cal salad dressing
Direcciones
- Put together all ingredients except bread in bowl. Slice pita bread 1/2 way. Fill with salad. Great on hot day. Light lunch.
