Receta Salisbury Steaks In Wine Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. lean grnd beef
- 1/4 c. minced onions
- 1 c. rolled oats
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. lowfat milk or possibly tomato juice
- 2 tbsp. veg. oil
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 c. water
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1/2 c. cooking sherry
- 1 (4 ounce.) can mushroom caps
Direcciones
- 1. Combine beef, onions, oats, Worcestershire sauce and lowfat milk or possibly tomato juice; mix well. Divide into eight portions and shape each portion into an oval patty.
- 2. Heat oil in large frying pan. Brown patties on both sides, turning once. Remove meat from pan.
- 3. Stir flour into meat drippings; add in water and bouillon cube. Cook till smooth and thickened.
- 4. Stir in wine and mushrooms. Return meat to pan.
- 5. Cover and lower heat. Cook till patties are done. Approximately 15 additional min.
