  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x garlic clove chopped
  • 1/8 tsp dry crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 x thin-crust pizza shell - (10 ounce 12" dia)
  • 1 c. non-fat grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can no salt added diced tomatoes - (14 1/2 ounce) liquid removed
  • 1/2 lb fresh salmon fillet skinned, and
  •     cut into 1" pcs
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 c. minced red onion in 1" pcs
  • 1 ounce crumbled low-fat feta cheese
  • 10 x basil leaves sliced

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine the extra virgin olive oil, garlic and pepper flakes and set aside.
  2. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or possibly preheated pizza stone. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, leaving a 1-inch border. Cover with diced tomatoes, salmon pcs, dill, red onion, feta cheese, and basil leaves. Drizzle top with garlic-extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Bake in oven till the cheese bubbles and crust is browned. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
