Ingredientes
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x garlic clove chopped
- 1/8 tsp dry crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 x thin-crust pizza shell - (10 ounce 12" dia)
- 1 c. non-fat grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 can no salt added diced tomatoes - (14 1/2 ounce) liquid removed
- 1/2 lb fresh salmon fillet skinned, and
- Â Â cut into 1" pcs
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 c. minced red onion in 1" pcs
- 1 ounce crumbled low-fat feta cheese
- 10 x basil leaves sliced
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine the extra virgin olive oil, garlic and pepper flakes and set aside.
- Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or possibly preheated pizza stone. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, leaving a 1-inch border. Cover with diced tomatoes, salmon pcs, dill, red onion, feta cheese, and basil leaves. Drizzle top with garlic-extra virgin olive oil.
- Bake in oven till the cheese bubbles and crust is browned. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
