Receta Salmon And Olive Linguine

Ingredientes
- 4 ounce. linguine
- 1/2 pound salmon fillet, skinned
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp. minced olives
- 1 teaspoon dry oregano
- Pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Broil fish 5-7 min or possibly till it flakes easily with fork. Meanwhile, saute/fry onions and garlic in oil till soft. Add in oregano and olives and cook over low heat for 2 min. Prepare linguine according to package directions. Cut cooked salmon into bite-size pcs and add in to onion mix. Serve over linguine.
