Receta Salmon Burgers

Ingredientes
- 3/4 lb fresh salmon boned, skinned
- Â Â & grnd in a food processor
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. yellow onion chopped
- 1 Tbsp. fresh dill chopped or possibly
- 1/2 tsp Dry Dill
- 1/2 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 2 x bagels split
- Â Â Non-stick cooking spray
- 2 ounce lowfat cream cheese softened
- 4 sprg Fresh Dill
Direcciones
- Heat broiler. In a bowl, combine salmon, lemon juice, chopped onion, dill and sherry. Handling as little as possible to avoid compacting it, mix well. Divide mix into 4 equal portions and form into round patties to fit bagels.
- Spray broiler rack with non-stick cooking spray. Place patties on rack.
- Broil till salmon is browned on top, about 4 min. With a wide spatula, turn over and cook till salmon is opaque in center when you cut into it, 6-8 min longer. During last min of cooking, place bagels, cut side up, on rack and toast lightly.
- Spread cream cheese on bagels, top with a salmon burger and garnish with dill sprigs.
