Receta Salmon & Corn Fritters

Ingredientes
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. melted Crisco
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 c. canned salmon
- 1 c. liquid removed canned corn
- Crisco for frying
Direcciones
- Beat Large eggs, add in lowfat milk and Crisco. Sift dry ingredients, blend thoroughly with egg mix. Add in salmon and corn. Blend. Drop by Tbsp. into warm Crisco. Fry till golden. Drain. Serve with white sauce to that peas have been added.
