Receta Salmon Fondue

Ingredientes
- 1 (1 pound) can salmon
- 3 T onion, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 T butter, melted
- 8 slices day old bread
- 3 large eggs
- 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Drain salmon; save liquid to add in later. Remove skin and bones; break into pcs. Add in onion, pepper, lemon juice and butter. Trim crusts from bread. Arrange 4 slices in shallow 8-inch square dish. Cover with salmon mix. Place remaining bread slices on top. Beat large eggs; add in lowfat milk, salt and salmon liquid. Pour over contents in casserole and let stand at least 30 min. Bake at 350 degrees, 40 to 50 min or possibly till puffed and browned.
