Arrange 4 slices in shallow 8-inch square dish. Cover with salmon mix. Place remaining bread slices on top. Beat large eggs; add in lowfat milk, salt and salmon liquid. Pour over contents in casserole and let stand at least 30 min. Bake at 350 degrees, 40 to 50 min or possibly till puffed and browned.
