Receta Salmon With Horseradish Mayonnaise

Ingredientes
- 100 ml Mayonnaise, (3 1/2fl ounce)
- 2 Tbsp. Horseradish
- 1 tsp White wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Anchovy essence
- 60 ml Double cream
- Â Â Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
- 1 x 680 gram pac frzn salmon steaks, defrosted
Direcciones
- Blend all the horseradish mayonnaise ingredients together in a bowl to combine. Chill.
- Cook the salmon as per pack cooking instructions.
- Serve immediately with the horseradish mayonnaise, new potatoes and mangetout.
- NOTES : A quickly made sauce to accompany salmon.Ideal served with potatoes and vegetables.
