Ingredientes
- 1 can refried beans
- 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 jar mild salsa
- 4 ounce. Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. tortilla chips
Direcciones
- Combine beans, lowfat sour cream and salsa in pot and heat slowly till creamy. Pour into an oven-safe casserole and top with cheese. Bake 40 min at 350 degrees. Serve hot with tortilla chips. (For those who like it spicy, use medium or possibly warm salsa instead of mild.)
