Ingredientes

For dough:
250g flour
1 egg
1 package dry yeast
100 ml oil
water
For stuffing:
200g cow cheese
100g sour cream
2 eggs
salt
dill
pepper
Decoration:1 egg yolk

Direcciones

1.Heat the oven.
2.Mix in a bowl flour,dry yeast,egg,oil,andwater till is a compact dough.
3.Let it chill.
4.Mix well thr ingredients for stuffing.
5.Lay the dough in a smeared tray,add stuffing and cover with dough like in the pictures.
6.Beat a yolk and smear the pie and insert it in the oven,
