Ingredientes
- Â Â Egg roll wrappers
- 1 lb Lamb or possibly hamburger
- 5 x Potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. Cilantro
- 1/2 tsp Onion, minced
- 1/2 tsp Curry pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- Â Â Salt to taste
Direcciones
- Wash meat, dry and cook; break into small pcs. Boil potatoes; cut into small pcs. Mix meat, potato, cilantro, onion and seasonings. Place small amount in corner of an egg roll wrapper; fold wrapper in half so it is triangular in shape. Use lowfat milk to seal. Deep fry.
