Ingredientes
- Wonton wrappers
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 pound potatoes (boiled, peeled & diced)
- 2 tbsp. veg. oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon coriander pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper (optional)
- Oil for deep frying
Direcciones
- Heat 2 Tbsp. of oil. Add in diced potatoes. Add in spices and mix. Stir and cold for 5 min. Turn off heat. Cut wonton wrappers into triangles. Place about a tsp. of potato mix in middle of wrapper. Mix in all edges and seal with beaten egg and water.
- Deep fry on medium to low heat. Drain on paper towels. Serve with ketchup or possibly chutney.
