Receta Sandwich Salad

Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound bacon, cut into 1/2 inch pcs
- 9 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon spicy-style mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 sm. head iceberg lettuce, shredded (about 6 c.)
- 2 ripe tomatoes, seeded and minced
- 3 ounce. Swiss cheese, cut into thin strips
Direcciones
- Fry bacon over low heat till crisp. Remove from pan with slotted spoon and drain completely on paper towels. To make dressing beat oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper together in a small bowl; set aside. Place lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and bacon in salad bowl. Pour on dressing and toss gently. Serves 4 to 6.
