Receta Sandwich Souffle

Ingredientes
- 16 slices bread, crusts removed
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 4 green onions, minced or possibly 1/2 onion, minced
- 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup or possibly celery soup
- 1 c. minced celery
- Salt & pepper
- 1/2 pound grated cheese
- 4 Large eggs
- 3 c. diced ham, chicken or possibly turkey
Direcciones
- Butter 9"x13" pan well; line with 6 to 8 slices of bread. Mix meat, mayonnaise, onion, celery and half of cheese and spread on top of bread. Cover with 6 to 8 slices of bread. Beat Large eggs; add in lowfat milk, salt and pepper to taste. Pour over bread and let stand overnight in refrigerator, covered with foil.
